HOW IT WORKS

The SmartSunrise™ Alarm clock enables you to personalize your sleep and wake-up schedule through the use of sunset and sunrise simulation. Unlike a traditional alarm clock SmartSunrsie™ was designed to wake you up in a natural way, using a combination of light exposure therapy and sound. The relaxing sunset hues help you fall asleep faster at night and the vibrant sunrise hues enable you to wake up more easily and refreshed in the morning.

Using nature as its inspiration the SmartSunrsie™ uses clinically proven techniques to optimize your circadian rhythm. Light gradually begins to fill your room about 30 minutes from your desired wakeup time. Starting with a gentle orange hue the SmartSunrsie™ begins to strengthen in intensity until resembling a full sunrise. The process of increasing light intensity throughout your morning allows for the appropriate physiological response to take place at the most optimal time for your schedule.
