Using nature as its inspiration the SmartSunrsie™ uses clinically proven techniques to optimize your circadian rhythm. Light gradually begins to fill your room about 30 minutes from your desired wakeup time. Starting with a gentle orange hue the SmartSunrsie™ begins to strengthen in intensity until resembling a full sunrise. The process of increasing light intensity throughout your morning allows for the appropriate physiological response to take place at the most optimal time for your schedule.
